As a Biologist and Evidence Specialist, Emma's expertise lies in gathering evidence to help inform policy development, operational decision-making and professional practice. She facilitates the bridge between science and application, driving smarter environmental action through collaboration. She has worked closely with CEI in her previous position as Senior Specialist in Evidence Synthesis at Natural England and continues to collaborate with the Centre more recently in her current role at Natural Resources Wales.
