Facilitated by the unique way CEI works, with academics from different disciplines working with our dedicated team of deployable EI Research Fellows to deliver projects, our Data Insights service provides academic-scientific rigour, independence, and credibility combined with a responsive, flexible approach suited to your needs and timelines.

How this service works

• Starting with an initial discovery call with our dedicated Business Development Manager, the CEI team will work with you to understand your challenges and needs and determine if / how Environmental Intelligence could add value.

• Specific projects of interest arising from this discovery process can be taken forward through a co-design / development phase and commissioned, facilitated by our standardised contracting process.

• Data Insights projects typically run over a 3–6-month period, with timelines adjusted in line with specific project aims, plans and partner needs, and usually start immediately upon conclusion of the contracting process.
